Shawn has over 13 years experience in venture capital, start-ups, media & advertising. As Partner at ConsenSys Labs, Shawn is looking for the best founders in the world looking to use Ethereum and blockchain technology.

Program Director
Brian helps founders and businesses build momentum with customers, users, and stakeholders. Previously, he led strategy at Quartz, a global business media brand, and was a partner at the strategy and innovation lab GMD Studios.
RON GARRETT
Managing Partner and Head of ConsenSys Labs
With over 10 years experience in sales, operations and developing successful start-ups, Ron joined ConsenSys in 2016 as an Entrepreneur in Residence. He helps oversee entrepreneurs, founders, and projects that make up the ConsenSys ecosystem.

Zach joined Labs in early 2018 to bring user-centered product design and research in the nascent field of blockchain. Zach’s passionate about emerging tech, open source projects, and ensuring the future is more evenly distributed.

Program Director
Katie Johnson is a User Experience professional from Boulder, Colorado, who spends her waking hours trying to understand and empathize with people to design and deliver delightful experiences.

Lead Support & Special Projects
Nana has been with ConsenSys Labs since summer of 2018. She worked for an international non-profit organization prior, until she landed as right hand to the Editor-in-Chief of America's first fashion magazine, Harper’s Bazaar.
JASON NOVACK
Business Operations and Strategy
Jason approaches businesses through the lens of complex systems design. Previously, he founded a FoW company called Pilotship and led BizOps at two ML companies after starting his career as an aerospace systems engineer.
MANSI PRAKASH
Business Associate, Investments
Mansi identifies and invests in promising startups, and has helped shape the accelerator strategy. Previously, she worked in strategy consulting and founded a social enterprise.
THOMAS RUSH
Head of Platform
Thomas partners with the 130+ founders in the Labs portfolio to support their growth and development and leads Labs communications efforts and fund operations. He also serves as an advisor to select early-stage companies.
PRANEETH SRIKANTI
Principal, Investment Team
Praneeth has a background in enterprise networking at Microsoft and Oracle and has worked on investment teams of European and US VC’s. He obtained his MBA from ESADE and the Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a CS graduate from IIT Bombay.
MIN TEO
Partner, Investment Team
Min leads the investment team at ConsenSys. She previously built a payments startup in the UK, and has a background in private equity and credit investing. She is serves as an advisor to various startups and as a trustee of Techfugees.
